Our Collective
COLLECTIVE:

adjective, done by people acting as a group
Our name is a nod to both who we are and what we sell. As with all the best celebrations, bringing our vision to life has been a collective effort, with plenty of confetti along the way, of course! We’re so proud to introduce you to The Confetti Collective.
Over 80% of the brands we carry are women-owned or founded. Here’s a peek at some of our favorites.

Hustle & Hope was started by Ashley Sutton whose dream was to channel her career experiences into a product with real purpose. The problem she saw began during the start of the pandemic when people were looking for ways to connect with friends and celebrate moments: encourage their job search, help them cope, or simply say hello. But there were no cards to address these moments specifically. She thought what people need now more than ever is HOPE (with a little bit of hustle), so she pushed the envelope with a new solution. She created the first motivational greeting card company to embed free downloadable guides, helping people level-up in their career, mindset, and spirit.
