Our Collective

COLLECTIVE:

noun, a cooperative enterprise

adjective, done by people acting as a group

Our name comes from a combination of what we are and how we got here. At our core, we wanted to create our own party supplies and paper goods company that collectively combined our personal penchant of party planning with our experience in buying, planning, and e-commerce. We also knew it would be a collective effort in achieving this dream! Here's a snapshot of some of our favorite brands.

Hustle & Hope was started by Ashley Sutton whose dream was to channel her career experiences into a product with real purpose. The problem she saw began during the start of the pandemic when people were looking for ways to connect with friends and celebrate moments: encourage their job search, help them cope, or simply say hello. But there were no cards to address these moments specifically. She thought what people need now more than ever is HOPE (with a little bit of hustle), so she pushed the envelope with a new solution. She created the first motivational greeting card company to embed free downloadable guides, helping people level-up in their career, mindset, and spirit. #womenowned
