Shipping Policy

We pack and ship all items in-house and aim to ship the next business day, if the order is received by 12pm EST. Depending on volume, delivery and processing times may be longer. We ship via UPS & USPS.

 

Return Policy

We have a 21-day return policy. You have 21 days after your order has delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please send an email to hello@theconfetti-collective.com with your order number and reason for return. At this time, we are unable to cover the cost of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ship your package using the carrier of your choice once you have reached out to us for a return address. 

 

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@theconfetti-collective.com.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Seasonal items, sale items and e-gift cards are final sale.
